Christmas Delivery cut-off period

To ensure your Spinnaker purchase arrives before Christmas, your order must be placed and received before the cut-off time, below.

1. Midnight (PT) Sunday 13th December for customers in the Rest of the World.
   
   
2. Midnight (PT) Wednesday 16th December for customers in the United States and Canada.

Extended Christmas Returns

For Christmas gifts purchased after 30th November, 2020, customers will have until 15th January, 2021 to request a return. Returns must reach us by Friday 22nd January, 2021.

Customer Service

Our office opening hours during the Christmas period as follows:
- 24^th December 2020: Open until Midday
- 25^th - 27^th December 2020: Offices are closed
- 28^th to 31^st December 2020: Email Support Only
- 1^st to 3^rd of January 2021 – Offices are closed
- 4^th of January 2021 – Normal business hours resume.

During the aforementioned dates, it will take us a little longer than usual to get back to you, however we will aim to respond to all queries as soon as we can.
